Return Window
All orders can be returned within 10 working days after the ship date for a full refund , minus shipping and gift wrap charges .

How to Request a Return
To begin your return process, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA, simply return the product in its original packaging to the address provided along with the RMA.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, you can expect a refund within one billing cycle .

Shipping Costs
– Shipping charges are non-refundable , except in cases where we have made an error.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Condition of the Item
We understand that customers may need to open and inspect items before determining if they want to keep them. As long as the item is unused and in its original condition, you will receive a full refund . If the item has been used beyond normal inspection, you will be subject to a partial refund .

Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email. Additionally, please notify the carrier and file a damage claim. We ask that you keep all packaging materials in case a claim needs to be processed.
